After graduating from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design in 2011, Kelsey spent six years refining her creative gifts as a Senior Art Director at ad agency BVK. During this time, persistent and debilitating migraines became a signal — one that ultimately led to her departure from corporate life in 2017.

It was time to return to nature, to listen deeply, and re-write her relation with creation and life itself.

Kelsey began to study with an order of modern day monks at EKAM, a temple in Southern India, where a profound shift in consciousness reshaped the course of her life. Immersed in yoga, meditation and liberative wisdom, her sole aim became Self-Realization. She began documenting the journey through self-portraiture — images that quietly sparked recognition of the sacred in other artists, leaders and seekers.

In following bliss, Kelsey was led to Sedona, Arizona where her photo work took off like a wildfire. Through deep listening and sustained self-inquiry, creative, emotional, and spiritual repressions began to dissolve. What emerged was a renewed clarity of vision — and the capacity to support others in realizing and expressing who they are, without force or performance.
