Visionary Aritst & Self-Realization Guide

Kelsey knew she was an Artist at age 3. At a very young age she had her first Oneness Experience where she was aware of the small limited “body” and vast Limitless Consciousness at the same time. At 17 she was initiated into the Oneness Movement and had a life-changing Awakening after her first trip to India in 2017. She has since undergone extensive liberation training with an order of Dasas (Monks) & her Enlightened teachers Sri Preethaji, Sri Krishnaji & Acharyas Anandagirji & Samadarshiniji in India & online. She recently met illumined Advaita teacher Francis Lucille whose presence allowed for a true dis-identification with self. Her focus on Truth has led to masterful creative works of art✨

“Kelsey has grown into all her Soul has to offer. With persistent dedication to the art of yoga, meditation & spiritual practice her life has become a rare gift to the world. There has been no one in my life that I have witnessed grow more profoundly using their God-given mission.”

Advaita / NonDual Meditation FAQs

At the heart of all creation is the same consciousness & when we tap into that, we unlock our true potential as creators.

  • Advaita Vedanta, or non-duality, is an ancient spiritual tradition that emphasizes the fundamental Oneness of all existence. The sanskrit word "Advaita" means "not two" or "non-dual," pointing to the the Ultimate Reality (Brahman) as eternal, limitless, luminous, pure consciousness.

Advaita Meditation focuses on recognizing and experiencing the absence of separation between the individual self or soul (Atman) and the Universal Consciousness (Brahman).

In non-dual meditation, we inquire into the Nature of the Self, verifying the Truth that the individual sense of "I" is not separate from the greater, infinite Consciousness. Through self-inquiry (Atma Vichara), and asking questions like "Who am I?" while observing thoughts, sensations, and emotions without attachment or identification, the goal is to directly experience the Oneness of existence.

  • Non-Identification with the Ego: The fundamental insight of Advaita meditation is that the ego, or the sense of individual self, is an illusion—a mental construct that keeps one locked in a limited perspective. By dissolving this identification with the ego, one comes to realize that the true nature of the self is boundless and inseparable from the universe.

Direct Experience: Non-dual meditation is about experiencing the truth directly rather than merely intellectualizing it. It's not about beliefs or ideas but about inner awakening—a deep knowing that "I am That" (Tat Tvam Asi), meaning the individual self and the cosmos are not separate.

The Witnessing State: Non-dual meditation often involves cultivating a state of awareness where the meditator acts as the detached witness, observing thoughts, feelings, and experiences without becoming identified with them. This helps one see the transient nature of thoughts and emotions and realize their true nature beyond the fluctuations of the minds here

  • Overcoming Illusions of Separation: The primary illusion that non-duality addresses is the belief in separation—the feeling of being an isolated individual, distinct from the rest of the universe. This separation breeds suffering, stress, and a sense of inadequacy. Non-dual meditation helps to dissolve this false sense of separation, guiding practitioners to a direct realization that they are not separate from anything or anyone.

Awakening to True Nature: Advaita meditation directs practitioners toward self-inquiry and the direct experience of their true nature, which is beyond the transient body and mind. This is a profound experience of liberation, where one realizes they are the eternal, unchanging consciousness that underlies all of reality. This knowledge is not theoretical; it is an experiential awakening to the truth of who we are.

Freedom from Mental Disturbances: By meditating on non-dual awareness, practitioners learn to disidentify from their thoughts, emotions, and egoic tendencies. This leads to greater mental peace and freedom from the constant mental chatter that causes stress and confusion. In this state of clarity, one can experience life from a deeper, more centered place.

Realizing the Oneness of All: As the practitioner realizes their essential oneness with all existence, compassion, love, and empathy arise naturally. The sense of division between self and other dissolves, leading to more harmonious relationships and a greater understanding of the interconnectedness of all life.xt goes here

  • Accessing Limitless Consciousness: True Creativity arises from Pure Awareness and is experience as a flow where the ego steps aside and the mind is free from limits. Non-dual Meditation helps creatives quiet the constant chatter of the mind, allowing for moments of pure inspiration and insight. When the boundaries of the small self dissolve, creativity emerges effortlessly, as the individual becomes a channel for universal intelligence & divine expression.

Breaking Free from Self-Doubt & Other Limitations: Artists are often their own harshest critics, struggling with self-doubt, fear of failure, insecurity and lack. Advaita Meditation leads to a resting in our True Nature, which is peace, joy and fufillment. This realization allows creatives to step into an expansive, fearless and abundant state of being. From this place, they can create free from the constraints of self-judgment.

Transcending the Mind's Conditioning: Many creative blocks arise from old patterns of thought, limiting beliefs, and subconscious conditioning. Non-Dual Meditation allows Creatives to go beyond the mind’s habitual tendencies, moving into a state of spontaneous creation. Non-Dual Meditation ultimately leads to a lasting freedom to express without the constraints or stories of past experiences or societal expectations.

Embodied Presence in the Creative Process: Creativity is often most alive when we are fully present in the moment, undistracted by past or future concerns. Non-Dual Meditation helps cultivate a state of deep presence, where the creative process becomes an act of pure being. The artist is no longer performing, but simply expressing the flow of consciousness in an effortless and natural way.

Transcending Dualities in Creative Expression: Non-Duality Meditation also helps in transcending the dualistic nature of creation, such as the distinction between "creator" and "creation." In Advaita, the creative act becomes an expression of the same Consciousness that is the Artist. This Realization brings a deep sense of unity with the Art, allowing creativity to be an inspired, natural unfolding rather than something forced or external.
